All incoming SOLIDWORKS Support calls are answered immediately. If an engineer is unavailable, your call will be logged and answered as quickly as possible on a first-come, first-serve basis. Subscription clients have full access to our Technical Support team from 7:30am – 5:30pm. d of holding them in a moderation queue.
